Empowering Possibilities International Charter accepts enrollment applications year round. Please use the links below to apply. Contact the school site for specific grade level availability. Once you've applied, the school will contact you with more details.

Thank you for your interest in Empowering Possibilities International Charter School. Please use the links below to apply to EPIC. You can either submit the application through the google form or complete the fillable PDF and return it to the school site. 
 
 
If accepted, new enrollees will need to provide proof of residence, proof of birthdate, and immunization records. The applicant will be disqualified if the application is falsified or if incorrect information is provided. Falsifying any information (including address) will void acceptance.  If you have any questions about the process, please call (916) 286-1960.

EPIC held Open Enrollment from December 19th, 2025 - March 6th, 2026 and no lottery was needed. 
 
Transportation is NOT provided to or from school.
